The swan ship looks like its name sake and is the best spaceship design devised by the halflings. Its primary duty is best served as a passenger ship (it has many passenger quarters) and even a concierge quarters for the concierge (whom will look the needs of the passengers). It should be noted that EIN has found this ship acceptable and they have purchased a few.
Special note for the 'smuggler's deck' this is not so much as a real deck as is some of crew or captain has a few planks of the cargo deck that can be lifted up and hide some items on the reverse gravity area. Normally this area lots of machinery that is used for the wings, but not all of it. Figure about a ton of cargo can be stored here or a small hidey hole that passengers that not want to be found on inspection.
Some raiders and specially slavers are starting to use this ship as they can take many slaves and/or cargo onboard! So travelers beware that an innocent-looking swan ship may very well house illithid and other unsavry types.
