The most common ship a groundling adventurer is likely to own is something along the lines of a Caravel. This ship is a cheap vessel with low armor class and maneuverability. The caravel is common ship on many worlds oceans. Many first time adventurers into wildspace wise up after surviving thier first adventure and quickly junk the caravel for at least a Tradesman. These caravels are often sold only for the purpose as a sorce of lumber and scrap.
