Arain is a stern goddess that very rarely smiles and laughs, it is said she laughed, smiled and cried all her tears when she saw all of the future so many millennium ago. She wears most often a very dark dress that seems to have stars and occasional comet passing within and wields the staff of the midnight sky. As guardian of the time stream of Imperial Space, she oversees all time traveling and prevents catastrophic disruption of the time stream (a chronomancer that cause the fall of a major empire would NOT be catastrophic). Many gods look to Arain to give them insight to the future far beyond their abilities to perceive the future and as such has earned the title Oracle of the Gods.

Dogma
All those who travel the time stream pay homage to Arain for favor in whatever endeavor that they have planned. She also is worshipped by those who ply wildspace and those who not know of time travel but seek knowledge of their destiny and or fate of some endeavor.

Clergy and Temples
Arain's temples are found mostly on moons that orbit Springtime and a few asteroids, a few are found on Nimbus. Here temples are either very frugal with just walls and few beds or very opulent. Opulent temples are not common and are only found in capitals cities of each moon and Anvault. It is in these opulent temples one will find chronomancers in service of Arain's priesthood. Because Arain is a goddess of time her guardians and traps in her temple are perturbing to those that encounter them and even more frustrating is the priesthoods ability to foil any plans against its temple or infrastructure of its empire.
Her priest dress in dark blue robes doted with small silver sequins that sparkle in light. Some of her priestess wears makeup; dark blue eyeshadow and nail enamel, ruby red lips. Many of her priests become divine oracles.

Domain Powers: 18/day reroll a die roll once after it is made. Arain is considered in her native element when in a reduced or zero gravity field. When manning a spelljamming helm Arain increases the speed of the helm by 150 feet.

Possessions: Arain's Staff of the Midnight Sky is a +7 ghost touched quarterstaff of speed that has both ends of staff equally enhanced. The staff also functions as an Epic Staff of the Cosmos. While the Staff of the Midnight Sky is held, it grants its wielder a +5 resistance bonus on Reflex saves. It also deflects ranged weapons as if the wielder had the defect Arrows and Infinite Deflection feats.
Other possessions of the goddess Arain include: Bracers of Armor +10, Epic Cloak of Resistance +10, and Ring of Shooting Stars.
Divine Paradox (unique salient divine ability): Arian can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + her Charisma bonus. When using divine paradox Arain can alter an event in her past up to 1,000 years that may affect the present. Such an event could be assigning an avatar to deal with a past event, deciding to move her godly realm elsewhere or even exchanging one domain that was acquired within the last 1,000 years.
The event to be changed must be something that was personally done by Arain, or Arain could have influenced. Something should always be given up when this spell is used (like losing access to a domain, when gaining another).
Temporal Storm (unique salient divine ability): Arian can surround herself with a vortex of temporal energies. The vortex extends from her in an emanation with a radius of 70 feet. The effect stops attacks with thrown weapons and projectiles. Such attacks fail if made by creatures inside the area, or targeted at creatures within the area, of if their paths take them through the area.
Those within the area take 17 hit points of holy damage each round in addition are subject to a slow effect of the temporal energies.

Other Divine Powers
As a greater deity, Arain automatically receives the best possible result on any die roll she makes (including attack rolls, damage, checks, and saves). She is immortal.
Senses: Arain can see, hear, touch, and smell at a distance of seventeen miles. As a standard action, she can perceive anything within seventeen miles of her worshippers, holy sites, objects, or any locations where one of her titles or name was spoken in the last hour. She can extend her senses up to twenty locations at once. She can block the sensing power of deities of her rank or lower at up to two remote locations at once for 17 hours.
Portfolio Sense: Arain can sense all who travel thru the temporal prime and casting of any time related spells or creation of magic items dealing with time seventeen weeks before it happens, and she retains the sensation for seventeen weeks after the event occurs.
Automatic Actions: Arain can use Appraise, Gather Information, Heal, Intimidate, Intuit Direction, Knowledge (arcana, history, nobility and royalty, religion, the planes, space, temporal prime), Pilot, Scry, Search or Spellcraft as a free action if the DC for the task is 25 or lower. Arain can perform up to twenty such free actions each round.
Create Magic Items: Arain can create any time related magic weapons, armor and item that pertain to time and/or fate, such as quarterstaff of speed and boots of speed. She can also create items that help in movement and survival in wildspace.

Avatars
Arain's avatars are predominately take the form of a human female (One recorded instant she appeared as a giff male). Nearly all her avatars appear in dark blue gowns, with shiny flecks of small gems stones that appear like a miniature stars on the dark blue gown. Circling around her head is the Crown of Stars. Her hair is perfectly braided and the goddess is known to wear makeup with her having deep red lips and dark blue eyeshadow on her eyelids. She does not wear much jewelry and a ring on each hand, and a necklace is typically the extent of what she wears.
