Ezhian Empire
The Ezhian Empire is found in Imperial space. All of the major asteroid-based communities belong to this empire as well as the moons of Sonora and Tenzar. This empire maintains a strangle-hold over the groundling nations of Imperial space by sabotaging the development of spelljamming technology and confiscating any such contraband. This is fairly easily done when one considers that the Ezhian Empire is a theocracy that worships a goddess whose portfolio governs the aspects of space and time. This empire's use of time travel allows it to gather information on possible threats to its monopoly by simply knowing that a certain event is likely to occur at a certain point in history; and as such, will send an operative with as many details of the threat to the theocracy in the past.

Just over 260 years ago, the Ezhian Empire was a groundling empire which thrived on the western edge of the northern continent of the planet Nimbus. A war occurred between the Ezhian Empire and another growing kingdom - the Magocracy of Ithaca. The Ithacans were once citizens of the Ezhian Empire who discovered they were being selectively-restricted in their research of magic and disliked forced duty to the Ezhian Empire. A small band of wizards decided to split off from their homeland to forge a more wizard-friendly kingdom. While at first only a few mages threw off the yoke of oppression, many more joined their ranks of independence. As the Magocracy grew so did the tensions between these two nations. Finally all out war occurred and the first thing the Magocracy of Ithaca did was to summon Mighty Dao Lords to move vast amounts of land, creating hills to block the Crystal River from flowing. As the River was no longer flowing properly, it slowly started to fill the Verdant Valley where the Ezhian capital city Tikon (named after their emperor) was located. People of the valley fled to the south away from the borders of the kingdoms of Ithaca and Verilith once their farmland was flooded. In a few short years, starvation had swept into the southern portion of the Ezhian Empire and the displaced Ezhian farmers were unwelcome in the neighboring provinces since they were already operating at near maximum food output. In the year 4 B.D. Emperor Tikon was killed by Kell, the god of war (in the form of an avatar), and no other god sought to stop the War God - not even the goddess Cerrydwen (goddess of mercy and kindness). From the chaos arising from the death of the Emperor, the Holy Seer of the church of Arain took control of the Empire and sought a solution to the problem of starvation. The solution divined was to spelljam the excess population, and the most loyal within the church, to moon of Tenzar. The Holy Seer also took with him to Tenzar much of the wealth and magic of the Empire. Without powerful loyal servants defending the Nimbus-based Ezhian Empire, its presence on planet disintegrated in just a few years. In the power vacuum many petty bandit lords rose up, each claiming a bit of land that once belonging to the great Ezhian Empire.

Moon of Tenzar
The moon of Tenzar orbits the planet Springtime and is the current capital of the Ezhian Empire. It was the first of the moons to be colonized by the Ezhian Empire. This planet is lush with life and has ample farmlands. It is the planet that feeds nearly the rest of the empire, especially food-poor regions like remote asteroid colonies. This moon has a population of nearly one million people. It is a size class C planet having a circumference of just over 600 miles. It is a beautiful planet that has known peace since it was first was formed. Here also is where lizardfolk are found in abundance. While most are civilized, many of the lizardfolk still follow barbaric practices of raiding and killing of humans of Tenzar.

Moon of Sonora
Also orbiting the planet Springtime is the moon Sonora, better known to the locals as the moon of snakes. It has gotten this reputation on the sheer number of snakes that can be found here, not to mention the Yuan-ti! The moon has a population of about 250,000 people (excluding yuan-ti), which is a lot considering that the moon has a circumference of only 310 miles (size class B) and most of the moon that is not covered by water consists of deserts and swamps. Since utilitarian timber is not commonplace and typically is delivered from other moons, most of the houses are built from local materials - ceramic tile roofs, mud-baked bricks, and whatever else is nearby. Due to the yuan-ti infestation, only three ports see spelljammer ships. While in port the ships are guarded well and spelljamming helms have enchanted into them “locks” that prevent their unauthorized use. These ships, before they leave port, are searched very carefully so that they will not carry any yuan-ti or snakes into wildspace.

Moon of Sassan
The moon of Sassan is very tiny and would not normally merit mention except for the fact that it is very bizarre - it looks like a colossal stone galleon! The moon (Size class A, 1,680 feet in length [this excludes the jibboom], 420 feet wide and 415 feet in height … approximately 100,000 spelljammer tons!) is really an asteroid that got caught in the orbit around Springtime. In the past it only vaguely looked like a ship. Then Sassan the Mad (a wizard of epic power but completely crazy) claimed the asteroid and decided that it would be perfect to use as his future ship. The crazy old wizard decided that the asteroid could actually become the largest galleon in space; thus, he proceeded to carve away at it with both spells and workers he hired. Years passed into decades and the crazy wizard continued his quest to make his epic ship and along the way he attracted the attention of some gnomes. The gnomes only fed Sassan's vision of “the galleon of galleons” and soon some huge cannons where added to the “ship” on each of its gun ports (treat each of these guns as a great bombard for all purposes). Each of the stone-ship's three masts is actually a metal tower that is still under construction even to this day (each 'mast' is 50 feet in diameter!) One day Sassan disappeared, yet the gnomes embrace Sassan's vision of a mighty ship and continue its construction. Once it became common knowledge that Sassan was no longer overseeing his ship's construction, groups of pirates and privateers came to raid it, looking for treasure that Sassan may have left behind. The gnomes, desperate to keep this ship as their own, employed the Hyperion Marines to guard the asteroid. The Hyperion Marines ranks are filled predominately with giffs and they soon considered this as their base of operation and it is here where many giff have decided to raise their cadets (children). The giff naturally love the great bombards that are on this ship. The figurehead on the prow of the ship is really a Stone Colossus (epic level handbook page 171) with one exception - it has no movement rating!

Asteroid: Emerald Bay
Within the Asteroid Belt known as the “Merchants” is a size class B asteroid known as Emerald Bay. Emerald Bay has a circumference of 300 miles and has three large lakes that shimmer like green gems; it is these lakes that have given the asteroid its name. One side of the asteroid has forests from which are cultivated wood in the construction the Ezhian Empire's ships (principally for use in the hulls of the Angelfish and Sunfish ships). This is a huge navel base and only those ships with clearance to land at its ports can do so without its crew and captain being tried on crimes of invading restricted space and possibly espionage. Many a merchant has tried over the years to get permission to make this a port of call as it would be most lucrative. To gain such permission requires all of the crew to pass strict security clearance from the Ezhian Empire. The population of this asteroid is 100,000.

Asteroid: Anvault
The asteroid city of Anvault, while called a city, is more akin to a small town. Here is where one can find the mercane. The reason for this is that the Ezhian Empire carefully monitors mercane activity in this crystal sphere and has forbidden the mercane to travel elsewhere in the crystal sphere without their permission, which is rarely granted to them. Anvault is a trade city and its docks are the busiest in the Empire. Ships come and go every day bringing cargo ranging from food to magic.
The church of Arain maintains a temple here and the local Regent (Lord Fortune Starfire; 6th level fighter/3rd level master marine) oversees the town's safety both in the streets and in patrols around the asteroid.
(Note: I have a map of Anvault that will post sometime in the future as well as detailing it out some more.)

Tributary Moons
The Ezhian Empire demands tribute from all other moons of Springtime if they want to continue to have spelljammers visit the watery ports of their worlds. This tribute is in a form of one copper piece per month per inhabitant of the moon. For some moons this can be as much as 10,000 gold pieces a month! A few of the moons find this an excessive amount to pay and have found they have been cut off from spelljammer community, namely the moons of Korin and Ture. Luckily these moons are largely self-sufficient and don't really have need to trade goods.
It should also be noted that some captains still run the blockades that the Ezhian Empire have set up to prevent ships from landing on these planets. Dungeon Masters can have these moons have island nations that do not share the same isolationist dogma as the majority of the moon's inhabitants. These 'pockets' can pay the required tribute, and receive limited trade access.

Moon of Chandra
The Moon of Chandra (size class C) or simply “Chandra's Moon” is ruled by a very powerful female human sorceress known as “The Chandra”. She is hedonistic, loves fashion and manipulating the lives of the moon's inhabitants. Culture here is dominated by trade and its cities are known for their opulence - most notably its famous treasured Courtesans. Sailors from many spheres come here paying a tidy sum to partake of these earthly beauties that are both witty and intelligent. The nobles of Chandra's Moon live the life of luxury on such ships as the bucentaur.

Moon of Escobar
The moon of Escobar is also named after its ruler, a wizard by the name of Escobar Hawkwind. This small moon is just 16 miles in diameter. Population of the moon is composed of mostly halflings (about 90%), and has a population of about 6000 that farm the lands and who live in many small villages and hamlets. One of the largest villages has a population of 500 composed of tieflings (about 20) and halflings; it is here that one will find Escobar the tiefling wizard with his tiefling wife. It is said the Escobar wanted to escape persecution for those that hated him for having the taint of the lower planes and that he and his wife settled here with others that Escobar had found that are tiefling. The halflings of Escobar's Moon are very generous and helpful, accepting these outcasts on their little moon.

Moon of Jehave
The moon of Jehave is composed of nothing but swamps, marshes, everglades and seas. The scarce solid ground is sought after and fought after by all who reside here. Unfortunately much of the solid ground is very close to volcanoes! The Ezhian Empire uses this moon as a prison for those condemned to death or who are serving more than a one hundred year prison term. The condemned are brought to Angel Island, the only spelljammer port on this mud ball of a moon. After a one night stay at Angel Island the prisoners are ushered out of the front gates of the island at low tide and told they need to cross the sandy land bridge before the tide comes back up, lest they drown. The sandy land bridge is ½-mile long and those that make it to the far shore have only to survive the horrors of the moon. Most die before a month is up; but, a few of the hardy and lucky ones live long enough to find others who have constructed crude settlements out of baked mud and straw, living mostly barbaric lives.
Only males are sent to this world because the Ezhian Empire does not want the prisoners to bring children into such a forsaken environment. Some smugglers have found a way to profit from the misery of these men. They smuggle desperate women - women who are too ugly to attract a mate or who have other undesirable qualities - that want a man in their lives. This is a very profitable trade as the smugglers are paid by both the women and the convicted men! Some of these illicit traders have been known to smuggle criminals off world ... for a hefty price (generally more expensive then a few hides of exotic creatures), and most convicts on Jehave cannot meet the demand. The smugglers are said to have paid off some of the corrupt captains of Ezhian ships that patrol wildspace around this moon (these captains would not want to be caught allowing a prisoner off planet; but, many will turn a blind eye to trading goods and selling women to the planet's inmates). Because of the smuggling, some of the communities have children. Reports of children on Jehave are 'edited' from official reports since the government does not want an outrage to occur among the citizens of the Ezhian Empire.
Monsters that are uncommon on many worlds are far more common here: black dragons (a smattering of green dragons and red dragons as well), trolls, and other strange and magical beasts that would thrive in such a dank, dark environment.

Moon of Rheam
The moon of Rheam (size class C) is a very desolate place with vast deserts, a few mud-holes (what passes for an oasis on this planet), and plumes of ash and smoke that rise from several volcanoes that dot the landscape. This moon's inhabitants are rough people with many foul lords reigning over them. The moon is best known for smelting metals and other very noxious industries that make this planet reek with pollution. No more wretched place of wickedness and perversion can be found in Imperial Space. The Imperial Treasury sees much wealth from this moon and the Empire's nobles see that is better to tax this moon than to try to bring it into total compliance with the law. Here, all manners of the corrupt heart can be had for a price. The undisputed lord of this moon is a human that is so fat and huge that he seems to be more inhuman then human (DMs can come up with his stats if a group of PCs do encounter him. For my campaign I use the prestige class 'Corpulent' from the book Librum Equitis that is produced by Mystic Eye Games).

Moon of Tsin
Tsin is a moon that few have really ventured to colonize. Most of its surface is fairly flat. It has a very thin atmosphere and there is a constant sprinkle of snowflakes dusting the ground. If this was all that the Moon of Tsin had to offer, none would come to this forsaken hell-hole. However a few canyons can be see from space which if one were to visit them, one would find vegetation, warmth and clean air that is easy to breath (typical canyons are about 10 mile wide and 150 miles long). Here can be found drow that are kind-hearted and pure. These drow sought sanctuary from the constant persecution of Lolth, and named the moon after their patron god Tsin. They have discovered great cave networks within Tsin's core; but so far, they want to live in the canyons, sending only patrols into the moon's great cave network. The drow of Tsin have also discovered a clan of deep gnomes living in Tsin, and the two have forged a peace pact. Because the followers of Tsin pay tribute to the Ezhian Empire, they are protected from other drow ships in service to Lolth and her evil followers.

Moon of Sappho
The moon of Sappho (size class B) is better known as the lover's moon. It has only one continent (it is the size of a large island when compared to the size of most other terrestrial continents) and it is heart-shaped. Many people who can afford to visit here get married (or have lover's trysts), as the moon has been civilized for a long time (long before the coming of the Ezhian Empire). The moon has many beautiful man-made wonders such as buildings, statues, gardens, and the grand temple of Yarillo - the goddess of love. These marvels are set against the backdrop of the moon's natural beauty. One of the most famous natural wonders is Sappho's Cascades - an awe-inspiring waterfall filled with nooks and secret caves for lovers both young and old to rediscover themselves in. The falls is also an attraction to the suicidal band known as the Wonderseekers. These daredevils seek to experience the thrill of leaping off of the top of the waterfall and plummet into the churning rapids below; some actually survive to tell their friends of the 'rush'.

Other Moons
Most of the moons neither pay tribute to the Empire, nor are they considered core moons (those that are part of the Ezhian Empire). These moons, if they have a sufficiently large population, are considered restricted to spelljammers by the Ezhian Empire (such as the moons of Ture, Jehave, and Korin); and as such, spelljammers have to run the blockades of Ezhian ships to visit their ports.

Moon of Alicorn
The moon of Alicorn (size class B, a diameter of 130 miles) when viewed from space is predominately water (almost 80%) and has but one main continent on the northern hemisphere. Just as the moon's name suggests it looks like a unicorn - more precisely a unicorn's head and neck. The predominant sentient race on Alicorn is the Scro, with a smattering of goblinoids and ogres. The Elves once dominated Alicorn (or so they claim) many generations ago. Ezhian generals and commoners alike believe it will be only be a matter of time before the elves come to reclaim Alicorn as their own once again. It should be noted that the Scro Nation, EIN (Elven Imperial Navy), and the Ezhian Empire signed the Alicorn Accord; part of the accord stipulates that Alicorn belongs to the Scro Nation and if the elves try to wrest control of Alicorn away from the Scro, they would be in violation of the accord. No one really knows the ramifications of this act, but to say the least it would be bloody.

Moon of Chalice
Orbiting Springtime is the moon of Chalice and it is appropriately named because it looks like a 78-mile high chalice with the cup's rim being 277 miles in circumference. Within Chalice one finds very fertile and temperate lands. The inhabitants of Chalice are nearly all lawful good in alignment. The native dwarves mine the mountains which all rise up along the rim. The humans farm the lands in the cup's center and they are very careful about the amount of timber that is logged from the sparse forests. Other creatures of generally lawful good alignment can be found her such as celestials (lantern archons, hound archons, and monadic devas), dragons (bronze, gold and silver), lammasu, monitors, and shedu. As such, those that seek justice will often come here to find those who will champion their cause (such as if they want someone to discover who murdered a loved one, or to overthrow some moon baron, or to put an end to some evil cartel). The inhabitants of Chalice will never send more then 1% of their numbers elsewhere as they need to keep their moon secure and farm its land (only about 2% of the moon's population has a PC class and of these, only 1 in 10 is a race other than dwarf or human). The moon has only a population of 25,000 (this includes the population of the only town and the few other hamlets and villages).
The largest settlement on Chalice is Exult (population of 5,000) and it here where most of the celestials and monitors can be found. It is said that here one can find the Silver Temple of Purification. The temple is made of white marble inlaid with much silver. Even more precious than the temple's construction materials is the Flames of Purification; it is said that one who enters the flames (which are 5 feet in diameter and rise up to 30 feet in height) and is not annihilated is cleansed and made anew (game effect is that said person is now lawful good, has all geas broken, has all hit points healed regardless of how the damage was dealt, is healed of all drained or damaged characteristics, is purged of all curses and poisons, and depending on how pure that being lead its life up to the moment he/she entered into the flames are rewarded with physical or mental changes … with the exact effect being determined by the DM. Some suggestions can be +1 to +5 inherent bonus to one characteristic, hair may change color to snow white or silver in color, et cetera…).

Moon of Horadi
The moon of Horadi (size class E) is an ice world with some islands of land that jut out of the ice. A few of these islands support life. In these rare zones one can find coniferous forests, tundra environment, and many creatures likely to make such their home. Dohwar, thanoi (walrus men), and ursoi (anthropomorphic polar bears) are found on this moon as well as a few oortlings. The severe cold climate makes this moon very inhospitable; few seek to colonize it. The dohwar pay tribute to the Ezhian Empire since they want to continue trading with other moons of the Ezhian Empire. The rest of the moon's inhabitants could care less about trade with the general spelljamming community. The most notable exports from this planet are Horadi Queen Crabs and fine ermine furs. The dohwar are petitioning the Emperor to allow Horadi to become one of the core moons, but to date this request has not been granted.

Moon of Korin
The moon of Korin (size class B) is a verdant jungle across most of the surface of the planet. This planet is known to be one of the most dangerous planets in Imperial Space. Its jungles teem with plants that eat meat and prey on all life that is not plant! Add to this the dangerous anthropomorphic feline races that see all but their kind as raiders of their 'paradise' and one can see why this makes for a very nasty planet.

Moon of Titus
The orbit of Titus is very elliptical around the planet Springtime and at one point in its orbit it is closer to Springtime then any of the other moons. Because of its orbit it has severe weather (tornados, hurricanes, lightning storms, etc.) that are so common place as to make colonization of the moon nearly impossible. With the abundance of resources and wealth present, this moon would be a treasure in the Ezhian Empire's coffers, but the above hazards and the moon's indigenous and hearty predators make this moon their own! Titus is a class D planetoid.

Moon of Rhiza
The moon of Rhiza (size class C) is covered from pole to pole with nothing but trees. This forested paradise is home to many fey creatures particularly dryads, treants and unicorns. This moon's only resources are trees and some gemstones (topaz being the most common). Nearly all the communities here are hunter/gatherer types. Those entrepreneurs who venture to this moon to log its timber are in for some nasty trouble.
The elven fleet still visits this moon and the Ezhian Empire avoids conflict with the Elven Armadas that ply Imperial Space (the same goes for elven ships avoiding Ezhian Empire fleets and ships).

Moon of Myra
The moon of Myra (size class A) is better known as the haunted moon. It is said that a beautiful princess was exiled to this lonely moon for crimes of regicide against her own family. One year a ship passed that moon to watch the storms brewing below on the moon, so fierce where the storms that parts of the land surface sunk below the surface. When the storm faded there was a very eerie sight - the moon's landmass, islands and seas had formed the face of beautiful woman much like the visage of the exiled princess. The captain took his ship down to look for the princess and she was no where to be found. After many of his men where killed by masses of animated rock, the captain decided to leave the moon forever.
The moon is a colossal Genius Loci (page 190 Epic Level Handbook) and the princess is enslaved by the moon. The princess is not very receptive to those that invade her moon (she is still upset for being exiled).

Moon of Ture
The moon of Ture (size class C) is a paradise for many races that inhabits its surface. Nearly 60% of its surface is land and its great seas provide much food for the human colonies that have developed. Most of the land surface is one great endless plain. Several Dracon tribes roam its vast expanse. Also found on Ture are the abeils, which are finding fewer and fewer places to set up new colonies. It is feared a war will brew between the abeil, humans, and dracons.

Moon of Wildstar
The moon of Wildstar is a fire world (size class E). Much like this sphere's primary, Wildstar is extremely hot; visitors to Wildstar are treated as being on a Fire-Dominant plane. Unprotected wood, paper, cloth, and other flammable materials catch fire almost immediately, and individuals take 3d10 points of fire damage every round they are in the photosphere of the moon. Wildstar supports a few smattering of islands where the heat is only a bearable 120° Fahrenheit. It never rains here and the islands are just very hot rocks; there are no plants or animal life. The creatures who call this moon home are fire elementals and efreeti, along with a few other outsiders and heat resistant beings that thrive on fire dominant planes.
What is most important is that Wildstar functions like a secondary primary, helping to provide warmth and light for the other moons of Springtime. This is most important when Wildstar's companion moons are in the shadow of Springtime. There are rare times when both Wildstar and Gleaming Star are on the same side of Springtime causing some of the moons to go as long as 3 days without light and life-giving warmth; the inhabitants of these moons experience great drops in temperature, but luckily the orbits of the moons of Springtime are calculated so as to make these 'dark' times predictable.

Moon of Xiqquratu (zik'kwratu)
Moon of Xiqquratu when first viewed from space is likely to be seen as an air world since all that one can see are clouds. If one looks really closely, one can make out the tops of mountains. The first and only expedition by the Ezhian Empire to this moon described the moon as a very humid world with constant cloud cover, rich vegetation, and mist and fog that move like great rivers into an unknown sea. This made even walking on the moon hazardous and many of the expedition lost their lives in quicksand that was difficult to perceive due to the mist. If this was all that threatened the expedition, the empire would have surely colonized the moon by now; but, the captain described strange creatures and plants never seen before. There is an orange-like fruit that when picked grew legs and bit his men and injected them with vile poison. Also found were weird four-legged creatures (with two arms as well) that could perfectly mimic voices. This caused great confusion since vision was impaired so much by the fog. To make matters worse, these creatures wielded deadly and exotic weapons with great puissance. Lastly they discovered a dragon-like creature that breathed webbing as its breath weapon. The captain and his wizard used a teleportation spell to get back to their ship and then they left the moon behind. Of the sixty men that began on the expedition, only fifteen came back home after experiencing the horrors that live within Xiqquratu's alien expanse. The moon is under an interdiction order by the Ezhian Empire - no one is supposed to go to this moon on pain of life imprisonment or death.

Ezhian Empire Fleet
The Ezhian Empire, in order to remain a viable military power, requires a vast fleet of ships to patrol its sphere and isolated moons to enforce its edicts. What follows is the list of the fleets that the Ezhian Empire has in active service.

Tenzar Fleet Nimbus Fleet
1 Whale Ship 1 Clipper
2 Sunfish Ships 2 Galleons
4 Angelfish Ships 1 Hammership
1 Battle Dolphin 2 Squidships
2 Marlin Ships 1 Sunfish Ship
1 Triop 2 Angelfish Ships

Sonara Fleet Emerald Fleet
1 Cuttle Command 1 Whale Ship
2 Octopus Ships 2 Sunfish Ships
1 Sunfish Ship 5 Angelfish Ships
2 Angelfish Ships 2 Hammerships
1 Squidship 1 Squidship
2 Eelships 3 Damselfly ships

Deep Space Fleet Reserve Fleet
1 Octopus 1 Sunfish Ship
2 Sunfish Ships 2 Angelfish Ships
4 Angelfish Ships 1 Hammership
1 Triop 2 Damselfly

These fleets each serve a purpose; the Tenzar Fleet is responsible for defending their homeworld. Sonora Fleet protects the moon of Sonora. The Nimbus fleet patrols space around the Tears of Sequena, Dragon, and Nimbus (including launching covert missions on Nimbus). Emerald Fleet (the largest fleet) patrols the wildspace in and around Gold Coin and the 'Merchant' Asteroids. Deep Void Fleet monitors (as best it can) the goblinoid fleets that come and go from the Dark Horse Nebula. Finally the Reserve Fleet serves any place the High Council decides it should be (most often it helps escort leatherback (see below) cargo ships for the purpose of restocking the other fleets).
While these fleets are important, there are also significant defense fleets that help patrol the various moons that are part of the Ezhian Empire. These fleets will only be pulled from their assigned planet in dire emergencies. The cuttle command ship orbiting around Jehave functions more as a base then a ship as it has no spelljamming helm operating it.

Jehave Defense Fleet Escobar Defense Fleet
1 Cuttle Command 1 Wasp
2 Dragonfly 2 Dragonfly

Anvault Defense Fleet Chandra Defense Fleet
1 Sunfish 1 Hammership
2 Angelfish 2 Squidship
1 Marlin 2 Dragonfly

Tsin Defense Fleet Yarillo Defense Fleet
1 Mantis 1 Swanship
2 Dragonfly 4 Shrikeship

These fleets are on the official list of what is part of the Ezhian Empire; it is far from what is available to the Empire. There are numerous merchant ships that ply only the wildspace of this crystal sphere that will lend a hand if an invasion from some foreign sphere occurs. The empire has its own freight ships - the legendary Leatherback ships (the leatherback ship is used in war as a troop transport in addition to its primary role of cargo transport). And finally the noble houses of the Ezhian Empire have their own personal ships (typically one ship per noble house).
Rumors abound of a secret Ezhian Planet cloaked by magic where a few very special ships take off from, unseen by others, and go about doing the secret will of the Empire. To date, no such moon or planet has been found nor have ships with unique invisibility powers been discovered.
The Ezhian Empire does have 3 Starhorse Star Bases located around the following moon/planets: Ironshod, Tenzar and Sonora. It is likely that the empire will expand the number of star bases in the future, but since these bases are so large and have to be tolled or built in their orbits they will orbit only those areas of great importance.
