With this power, a psionicist converts his PSPs into
Power. He can take control of any size vessel up to 100 tons, giving it an SR of 10.
This boost of power is only possible with a completely non functioning helm on board,
and if attempted while any are present, it will destroy them permanently, rendering
them useless lumps of metal and wood. When the psionicist stops maintaining this
power or fails to pay the upkeep, they pass out for 8-12 hours (and regenerate
PSPs as normal).

20--Psionicist takes 1-6 hp damage in physical trauma and passes out for 1-4 rounds
