Chora Disc: Chakram-like weapon, thrown. (Chorra)
Cho'ju: Piercing, wavy-bladed spear. (Chow-jew)
Dukagsh: The leader of the people known as the Scro, who was elevated to god-hood and destroyed the gods of our people.
Echa: Slashing Arrow. (Ey-char)
Eralit: Special combat arrow, for strange maneuvers. (ey-rah-lit)
Fa-Gah: A Kuras who dishonoured his weapon and was slain by a goblin.
Fo-Jak: Fool. (insult). (foe-jack)
Gola'Ti: Punching Dagger. (Golah-tee)
Hag'A'Fara: Spiked gauntlet - battle glove. (Hay-Gah-Farrah)
Hala-Yah: Dwarves.
Hara-Thal: Venerable Kuras whom wrote the Kuras document, and many other lorebooks upon the rituals, honour, and weapons of our race.
Horgar: Large bear, from the homeland, that ate children.
Hor-Lan: The animal-like battle language.
Hor'Vesh: Slashing Spear, large blades. (Horr-vesh)
Jaka-Fara-Gahai: The ritual of bonding with a new crew and/or ship. (jay-kay-fay-rah-gay-hi)
Jar-thi: Honourable apology. Sincere, and never meant as an insult. (jar-thee)
Joko-Vhu: Disarming of an opponent in a Ka-Hah, not announced to opponent before battle. Dishonourable defeat, only used against those who deserve it. (joekew-vhew)
Ka-Hah: Honourable challenge of Fight to the Death. (kay-hah)
Khin'Sha: Tatoos of honour and strength, given to a Kuras at the age of ascension, when he or she becomes a true warrior.
Kova-Cha: Parrying/punching dagger. (Kohvah-char)
Kuras: The race and its ancient ancestor who freed them from bondage.
Kusarji: Piercing Polearm. (Kusar-gee)
Lareth: The style developed by Kuras, using the type S polearm. (lay-reth)
Li'Tar: Trident-like spear. (Lee-tah)
Maketh: Small bladed, long-hilted weapon. (May-keth)
MiTi: Piercing spear, typical thrower. (Mee-tee)
Moon-breath: A lunar cycle.
Na-Thay: Rejecting of Jar-thi, usually entailing one acts sorry not merely says it.
Ocha: Piercing Arrow. (oh-char)
Parleth: Beast fought by Kuras
Patron Spirits: Our gods whom Dukagsh slew, while they tried to flee our people and abandon us.

Volk'Orayk: Offensive Volk Blade. (Volk-ohrayekk)
Volk'Urai: Defensive, offensive bludgeoning Volk Blade. (Volk'yewrie)
Was: Card game played by the Kuras, similar to poker. (Wahss)
Ya-Hah: Honourable challenge of Fight to First Blood. (yay-hah)
Yo'Kala'Ja: Defender Polearm. (Yo-Kalla-jar)
Yrin-Shadar: A innate ability providing strength and resistance.
